  • Terrible in every aspect. Terrible customer service. Destroyed my $300 suit coat. They take absolutely no responsibility. This is a high turnover dry cleaners. They treat every item the same. Press, steam, out the door. Whether its a delicate, expensive item or a pair if underwear. A professional cleaner should care for each item individually and carefully. Never again. In the future I'll pay the extra couple bucks and have it done and cared for properly.
