  • Went back to this store to pickup a furniture piece purchased earlier. A somewhat rude lady told me to "get in line" when I asked her where I go for a pickup. The line was long, and I already stood in it earlier when I made the purchase! I was just about to cancel everything when a young man pulled me out of line and said he would help me. This young man, named "Nathan", had an attitude opposite of the rude saleslady. Great kid! Promptly loaded the furniture on a cart and even helped me put it in our SUV. Thanked us for shopping at Home Goods. He is an asset to your store!
