  • I love going to Esssence of Life after leading a healthier lifestyle and discovering this place about a year ago. I tend to go there to buy vitamins and goat yogurt. As a treat, I also get a Blue Monkey cocunut juice 520 ml each time and their price is the best deal I've seen so far. Selection-decent selection of items from food, vitamins, cleaning products etc for a small independant store (you cannot compare it to Whole Foods which offers a much broader selection). Items are kept well stocked and I have never had a problem with buying expired vitamins that were sitting on the shelf. Price-Very reasonable for a health food store Service-Decent. My only complaint is that I wish they had longer hours so it's best to check their hours before heading there.
