  • Moving gets frustrating so it was a great relief when renting and returning a uhaul truck was the least of my worries. I went in to rent a 20ft truck and was greeted by the lady who lives in the building. She was kind and made renting the truck easy, willing to answer any question I had about the truck. After pointing out the gas level wasn't where she said it was, she was quick to make the changes on the paperwork. When I returned the truck I was helped by Erik. Erik had the best customer service I have ever come across. There were some complications with my bank and I had to wait an hour for my bank to open to deal with it. But Erik assured me that I was fine and that since I had already returned the truck to the lot he could put my account on hold until 5. He let me know that if it was easier I could finish the payment over the phone so I could save gas. I called Erik a couple hours later and was able to finalize everything. Thanks to Erik, returning the truck wasn't as complicated as it could have potentially been.
