  • Avoid like the plague. I needed a critical procedure and was told that legal would not approve under any circumstances doing it but they also refused to discharge me without the procedure. Then I am on meds that without them put my life in jeopardy and was told they would not give me them either. I ultimately had to sign our AMA. Then I was told everything I brought in was put on the back of my powerchair. Wrong so they know whose the items belong too but don't call and turn them over to security who had previously list items of mine. A friends daughter goes to Deer Valley to retrieve said item and the front desk doesn't even know where security is. Are u kidding me. In the meantime my health deteriorates. Will never be brought there again.
