Bought my car here but had a very strange experience. I really researched the value of the vehicle I came in to purchase, so I knew a fair deal. The salesman made up a sob story about how they over paid for the car and would be losing money if they gave me any kind of discount. He was so upset during the negotiation (before he had even taken any money off) that he angrily threw his pen across his desk and walked away to talk to the sales manager. My husband was shocked. I don't feel like this is normal behavior and I'm assuming that because I'm a woman he thought he could get away with his sob story. This would have been a very easy sale for anyone, no financing work necessary, and we walked in ready to buy that specific car. We walked out before he got back to his desk and later called the sales manager directly. He gave me the price I wanted and asked that we tell two people about the ' good experience ' we had. Well I did that, but now I'm also sharing my experience here because I don't want anyone else to deal with that kind of behavior. When I went in to purchase the car I received an apology (not from the offender). A new guy helped me out because I asked that the original salesman not receive credit. They buffed up the car nice for delivery, taught me all of the controls, helped me sync my phone, and even took a photo of me with a red bow on my new car. So, with some patience, it ended well! They have a wonderful service center and the crew there is friendly and efficient!
