Very painless experience for buying a car. Started off by using the website and got questions answered very quickly. Then I got an immediate email from the sales manager Steve with information I was looking for. I submitted a credit app online and showed up A little after 4 PM. I was greeted by the receptionist and while they were trying to track Steve down they introduced me to Mark Yonke. Mark myself and my wife immediately hit it off as he took us out to look at the Acadias. Mark knew his stuff and was quickly able to identify what I was looking for in a car and show me the models that were on the lot that could accommodate me. There was no need for a test drive since I was currently driving and Acadia but Mark pulled it out and showed me all of the new features and let me sit in it. I found one I liked but there was no sunroof. Mark assured me that that was an easy fix and they could install it within a couple of weeks and give me a rental car. We went back into his office and quickly were given some numbers that matched up with what we were looking to spend. I was also able to get a payoff on my current loan and apply my credit from my GM credit card very easily thanks to Mark. Steve processed the paperwork since the normal credit manager was not in and I was out the door by 6 PM. I cannot say enough about the dealership and the way I was treated. Very professional and courteous. My wife is now looking for a car and we will try to give our business to Morris.
