I wish I could give this zero stars for the amount of poor service. She was either the owner or something, but the way she behaved is no way to treat your employees. She will be called 'Owner' for the rest of the review. First of all, Owner seemed annoyed by the fact we didn't know what we wanted to order. There wasn't a line behind us so it's not like Owner was losing business from waiting for us. Secondly, we had ordered two of our drinks with NO boba. So then we received two drinks WITH boba. We kindly asked Owner if we could get no boba in the second drink and Owner complained we didn't tell her with a sour face. Either way I believe Owner should have been like 'okay no problem' and fix the drink without complaint but she chose to blatantly complain. Okay whatever fine. Then this is what was NOT okay. She took the drink and threw it at her employee. Like what the heck?! The other employee did absolutely nothing wrong and I don't know any other business that would treat their employees like that. I should have listened to the other reviews about the poor service here but was totally misled by their four stars. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED! I definitely won't be returning because of this. Plus the drinks weren't that great. All of them were a bit sweet. I've had better drinks with better service and better prices.
