I am just amazed that a salon would treat their customers like this! When I went to make an appointment for both myself and my daughter, they told me that because I cancelled three times as a no show that I had to put a deposit down before they would make our appointments. I did cancel but I also cancelled through their website and I called them. I would never just not show up! I have never encountered this before. I hope they can afford to treat their customers like this.
