  • Fantastic place to pick up your comics and toys--that is, unless you have to interact with the employees. Aside from the fact that they easily make you feel ignored, a good few of the employees here are rude and uncaring for maintaining new loyal customers. I've seen "friends" of some employees come in and talk to each other while they process my transaction at the counter, making it hard for me to ask questions or ask for my pull list to be updated. Employees don't really seem to go out of their way to help you either. I wanted to create a new pull list and preorder some statues, so I asked the employee at the counter to help me after I made my purchase. She didn't really seem to know which other employee could handle the preorder and just kind of shrugged me off when she could have asked for me. I decided it was too much trouble and let it at that. I really enjoy silver snail for what it is, and they get a ton of product in, but customer service is pretty lacking and seem to be more accommodating for the regulars who come in.
