  • Phoenix Hand and Stone is a terrific day spa. I am a regular customer for over three years and I am very satisfied. They have three of the best therapists I have encountered in Joanna, Nidia, and Nicole (I am sure they have several more; just haven't had the chance). They are all empathetic, well-trained, and professional. The spa is very quiet and relaxing, and the facilities are top-notch. I feel that you should ignore the other posters comments about the front desk attendants. The spa's attendants are wonderful (particularly BOTH Ashleys). I have never been challenged or counseled on a tip unless I asked.
