  • I have been to many Ulta locations and this is the worst. They are always out of stock on sku's and when I ask an associate, I am told they don't have it and check another location. The cash wrap is always about 20 people deep on weekends. There is one makeup artist who is African American who only caters to African American clients, she is very rude to white customers.
