  • I had dinner here while on a business trip to Vegas. I picked it because I love lobster and a fast casual lobster restaurant sounded perfect after a long day. I ordered their classic lobster roll, which was $17 including chips and cole slaw. Expensive by New England standards, but hey, it's Vegas and lobsters don't exactly grow on trees around here. :-) The sandwich was very tasty, albeit a bit on the small side, again by New England standards, but it was adequate for a meal. The lobster was sweet and tender, and there was quite a lot of meat and just the right amount of seasoning. The chips tasted home made, as did the slaw. Service was fast. I didn't try the lobsicle, which is one of their featured items (think lobster tail on a stick that you dip in butter) but some people sitting next to me ordered one and it looked yummy. Be aware, however, that it's a really little lobster tail...like 2 or 3 ounces tops. All in all, Lobster ME delivered a very tasty, above average fast casual meal. Definitely give it a try if you're hankering for lobster and don't want to spend $50++ for it at a fine dining establishment.
