  • Attempting to replace a broken phone shouldn't be hour long rocket science. We used to get help from a really helpful employee here, but the guy who helped is today seemed to not care about his job or customer service at all. In fact, a majority of this location's employee's seemed to be so careless and have attitude problems. Thanks to the small guy who helped us out last minute, at least he was polite.
