I initially saw pictures on Instagram and a blogto post which intrigued me so I decided to try this place out.
I came 30mins before closing and overall waited about 45mins. This place newly opened so I feel like they are still figuring out the logistics. There was no clear line cut off so customers were still lining up up to 10mins before the closing time, when ordering you just tell the cashier how many cones you want, no order sheet is actually given or anything. The server dispensing ice cream kind of automatically assumed everyone bought one each so he didn't ask for proof of purchase or anything... they are a bit too trusting LOL.
We tried the Ube, charcoal/coconut, vanilla and matcha. Vanilla and matcha were very boring and safe flavours while Ube and the coconut were definitely more unique and flavourful. As for the charcoal cone, it does have a slightly grittier texture to it but other than that, tastes like a typical waffle cone.
In the couple months when the kinks are worked out and lines are shorter, I'll definitely come back for the Ube ice cream.
