  • I had some cloth that needed to be cleaned. The lady working there told me: "we are going to try our best to make it clean!" Out of 9 shirts I dropped off I threw away 4 which they couldn't save. The shirts were pretty dirty and there was no guarantee that they would come out clean. But the fact that the lady didn't look closely and told me honestly which ones I should drop off to save me some money makes this only an average experience. Staff was friendly and it took them about 1 day to get it done. Update* I got a call from the store, they apologized for not taking a closer look at my cloth and refunded me my money and gave me a gift card. I would say that's going above what a regular business would do. So +2 stars for my experience and I will try them out again.
