| - Hotel was pretty clean.
Welcome staff were friendly, but this isnt the type of hotel where the doorman grabs your bags for you. You have to ask for that. If the doorman is at the door.
I checked in early, and said that it was ok if the room preferences I indicated weren't fulfilled. The staff at the front desk were friendly, welcoming and quick.
About half an hour after getting in to my room, stepped out of the shower to a loud commotion outside my door. There were people opening the door to my room, but I had it latched, and that kept them out. A housekeeper was explaining to the manager that the latch must have swung shut behind the door as he exited the room. Luckily, I had the door latched or there would have been an unwanted shower party in my guest room.
I hadn't yet heard anything from hotel staff.
An hour later, wanting to take a late afternoon nap, I called down to the front desk to ask them not to give my room to anyone else.
Crawled into bed to discover a 2x2 inch blood stain on the blanket...
Notified the front desk about it, but just crashed the other bed in the room instead of waiting for a linen change.
Aside for the "Oh, I'm so sorry about that" I received when notifying the hotel staff about these issues, not a mention or apology was given during my stay or at check out.
