We needed our sliding glass door latch replaced/repaired. I called and got an appointment for the next day. This was a positive. The next day comes and the tech was supposed to be there between 11-12. No one showed up. I called the office to see if the tech was close and they said they would call and see where he's at. 25 minutes later, I still hadn't received a call, so I called back. They hadn't heard from the tech. At this point I had been waiting for an hour and a half and there was no courtesy call to let us know they were running behind. To me this is not good customer service and we will be going to another company for our door repair needs.
