I am so bummed to say this, but it was all smoke and clouds from my last review...
Chris lied to me about what options I would get.. I was specifically looking for a club with Wi-Fi, he told me there was. Once I found out there is NOT, here was no follow-up when I asked a question of him... I don't even think he works there anymore. Call me a sucker.
They are under new management and things have def changed... things are not as clean and the staff not so caring.
My personal trainer Levi, who will always be a 5 star for me got a real job and is leaving. So today I call the Personal Trainer Manager, Krystal, who BTW is a flake and was informed I had to pay for another 60 days -- my effing trainer is leaving in 4... I informed her she NEVER went over cancellation policies when she was all to glad to take my $649 from me. AND she actually told me to LIE to management as to why I want to cancel... NICE Krystal -- shows great character.
I am sooooo pissed off right now I am seeing red.
I do love the gym because of the size and options, however under the new management, there aren't keeping up on the gym so much as the old one did... a lot more machines remain broken... and the trainers aren't all that friendly, EXCEPT for LEVI who freaking rocks and I am so proud of him that was accepted into fire academy...
I really hate horrible customer service... so lets see what happens. OH YEAH, I as told I had to EMAIL management... I can only see where this is heading.... SMH, lets see how long this will be dragged out.
