I've never had a negative experience here. My suggestion is to ask for Richard Runion. He's very personable and explains why they are doing what they are doing. He gives a sense of assurance that unnecessary work is not being completed.
The service department completes the work in a timely manner. In the past, I would drop vehicles off and come back. I don't mind waiting here because it is not excessive.
I just watched another service advisor walk out to the garage because the customer left a book in her car. They provide complimentary beverages if you have to wait. It's refreshing to see them take care of their customers!!
