  • Love starting my mornings here!!! Monday to Friday the am classes start my day!! SUPERFUN & sweat packed!!! The facilities are supreme!!! * 4+ group fitness studios * Both women and men's only training areas * 2 co-ed training areas * pro shop * full service spa * blow out service (done in the women's changing room!! That's what I call service!) * hot yoga!! * awesome spin classes * sports courts - squash & basketball!! * members lounge w full service bar, ping pong, pool table, desk top macs for member use and lots of healthy meals & coffee to choose from. * Super clean and luxurious changing rooms (women's anyway! - sauna, stream and jacuzzi!! Unlimited towels, laundry service, all the toiletries you could ever need, plus fresh flowers weekly throughout the club.) Most of the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful! They also host frequent parties in the club lounge-- lots of fun & dancing!! ;) The list is endless!! Needless to say, I never leave there without a smile on my face!!
