  • I have been a dedicated and loyal customer/client of Phuong Ta at Ideal Auto for 3 years and counting. I met him through my mother who is also her mechanic. He and his great team alongside his sister Trish have taken the best of service care for my vehicle. At a drop of a dime, if I need anything for my car, they are right there to help. They specialize in pretty much all brands of vehicles and possess great knowledge. Monday I had a day off so I called Trish in the morning to make an appointment for an oil change and to switch my winter tires with my all season tires. The snow is over! YES! YES! YES! Although it was very last minute, she fit me in their busy schedule and asked me to come within an hour. I drove across the city to Ideal Auto. Knowing that they go out of the way to make time for their clients always brings me back for service. When I arrived, both Trish and Phuong greeted me with smiles. They are very genuine and tremendously nice. They ask you how you are doing and what you are up to. Customer service is so important to me. Some dealers I have been to have been rude and give recommendations only to make a buck off you. Not Ideal Auto. As a service facility, they make the best recommendations for your vehicle keeping your financial interests in mind. Phuong is like the car doctor and advisor. He gives his diagnosis and then the remedy so your car is in tip top driving shape! Although I did wait quite awhile for my car, Trish apologized and was empathetic. Of course I didn't mind because they fit me in. I said farewell but for sure I will see them in a few months for a summer oil change. I got into my car and cruised away still an overly satisfied customer.
