  • Second bad experience ... I go there because its close to my house ... Yesterday towed my car in and the manager said we will get it done today i called that evening before they close and the guy i talked to said:we called you but couldn't talk to you (Nobody called me)Tomorrow we will check it .Today they called and said we are going to check the electricity system that is after almost 24 hrs of leaving the car There( minus 10 hrs closing time) 14 hrs to tell me its not the battery We want to check something else for 99$ or rake it to the dealer( they dont know how to work on cars) ..... Change your name to :"firestone tires only service". Because you have 4 mechanics just setting there.
