  • After living in Charlotte for a little over a year, I finally got the chance to go to food truck Friday, and I can't wait until next Friday! We didn't get there until 730-8 and it was still super busy! There were so many trucks I was a little overwhelmed. But we did a few laps to figure out what we wanted. We needed up getting wings from Wingz on Wheelz and bbq from the only BBQ truck there (can't remember the name). Wings were fantastic! Honey BBQ served with house made chips that I could not get enough of! BBQ was also awesome, pulled pork with 2 sides-Mac and cheese and pasta salad. More than enough food! Most importantly, dessert!!! We were disappointed that the cupcake truck sold out of cupcakes but what we got was even better. It was an apple crumb cheesecake....OMG if I could eat that every day all day I would! If you go, you must try this! Everything was so good that I couldn't stop. Before we left I got a grilled cheese from Queso. It was the pig grilled cheese-pulled pork and Mac and cheese. Deeeeeelicious, another must try! Overall a huge success and I can't wait to go back!
