  • I like Lowe's but this store has to be the worst for service. Went there to get a fire pit yesterday w my wife & daughter. They're located outside in the garden area where it was pretty cold. After we found the one we wanted (15 mins later) we tried to get someone to help. There was no one in the area. Finally an employee, middle aged white male, shoulder length blk hair walked by, i flagged him for some help, he looked@ us, and just kept walking into the store. Guess it was too cold for him too. Anyway we went to the Lowes on Ft Apache where we usually shop & got outstanding service, and got the fire pit loaded in my van. Hope this helps w the mgmt there.
