Procrastination has come back full force but my experience with this place, specifically Ryan has given me my groove back ;-).
After over a year of taking care of our cars myself since my dad passed away, I can say that I have found someone I trust. I have found myself a mechanic. Ryan left Rock Springs and have permanently moved to Centennial and I went out of my way to see him. He did not let me down, he got my son's Nissan to pass smog AND have saved me from getting scammed out of $700 for my other car a second time. I didn't listen to him the first time and decided to go to a mechanic that say, "they specialize" on a certain kind of car, went there to get an oil change and ended up costing me $720. Engine light kept coming back on, brought it back and they were asking for another $500. I told them I'd come back and when I opened the hood, I found a hose had been taped and was disconnected. I was too afraid to drive my car so I called Ryan and sent him pictures of the hose and he said he'd see what he can do. I got my car towed and had it brought to Big O and got my car back before I had to go to work that afternoon.
Big O, you guys are lucky to have such an honest man working for your company. Word gets around and people will know if you have good mechanics working for you. I'll see you guys soon, our van is next!
