If you value your time, grocery shop anywhere else.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I shop here when I think "Well it's just a few things", they're boxed/canned, and I am trying to be done quickly. But it always takes an hour. Crowds. Items don't ring accurately. If you need staff for anything, the communication is slow and horrible.
Today's mid afternoon (non peak time) takes the cake. An item didn't ring accurately. I get the self-check aisle employee and she voids the wrong item. Now, I'd already bagged the items because I'd waited for the self-check person to come over, and waited again while she got another employee because she didn't know how to void an item (OR edit the price so I could have purchased the item). After voiding the wrong item she tells me I need to get the item back out so I can scan it again.
You should also know the produce is always dirty and/or moldy and/or infested. And not local.
Go to Metcalfe's. Whatever few pennies on a grocery item you think you are saving at Woodman's isn't worth the absence of quality, service, and atmosphere. If you're going to grocery shop you might as well have a pleasant experience.
You won't find it at Woodman's.
