| - The staff at this office are extremely incompetent, and unhelpful. If you try to call and resolve problems, you cannot trust they will give you the right information to protect yourself from future problems, which results in serious losses of money. I had a staff member tell me that they do not work for me, they work for Mark Taylor, and that by calling and trying to find information, I was "expecting him to be an adult for me." Clearly this management supports covering errors, and mistreating well-intending and trust worthy tenants. I hate this miserable complex, and regret signing a lease for these "luxury condos". Unbelievable.
Update, May 30th
Last week our AC unit went out, I told the front desk it wasn't blowing cold air, and there was something wrong with the coolant. The manager, Peggy, ordered the filter be exchanged, instead of telling maintenance to diagnose the problem. Of course they failed to check up and we had to get after them repeatedly about the issue. The on call, third party maintenance staff were unable to properly install a portable unit correctly, so we remained without AC for five days. The current weather is over 100 degrees. I ended up vomiting from heat exhaustion on Saturday, and lost my three day Memorial weekend to being sick, had to take an extra day off on Tuesday, and am still sick going back to work tomorrow. This company remains to fail to live up to the standards spelled out in their lease, and they are hard headed and unable to respond to the needs of their tenants. I will continue to update the negligent behavior of their incompetent staff while I live here in case anyone wants to sign a lease with Ravenwood Heights, basically because I'm stuck here and directly complaining doesn't seem to hold any weight in the mean time.
