01/18/18 - Chapman Dodge finally got it right! I am not for sure if it is the new location or what. Today, I worked with the service adviser Dave Colwell and he was the best one I have had to date. I arrived about 15 minutes before the service department opened for an oil change - in what they now have as a quick lane (yay!!) - I was greeted promptly and Dave began my process. He checked my jeep for recalls, alerted me that I had one and I needed a cabin filter. I had initially elected to wait but then was shuttled to work by the shuttle and the driver was nice and a good driver. Dave called and my jeep was ready at the time he promised. Hopefully, the new location brings quick and efficient service than I have had in the past. To make sure of it, I will always ask for Dave Colwell and you should too!
You all seriously need to update your website....I have been searching for a jeep dealership since relocating from TX to AZ..
7/6....The objective of the quick lane is to be greeted and seen within 40 minutes for a simple oil change....their website says service is open until 630p but I was just informed after waiting to be acknowledged 10 minutes that is only for drop off and the service department actually closes at 5 via Dave Colwell...okay I will come back
7/8...come back at roughly 3:20....i should be okay right....NO. Service department closes at 5 but they take the last car during the week at 330p. If I stay it will be at 5 when it's done....and guess what they don't have a quick lane actually. David Flores who helped today let me know the actual times they accept cars and tge best time to get it in and out in an hour. Don't know that I'll be back....
