  • I called the day before coming in to make an appointment because I have not used the grooming services here before. I live about an hour away and wanted to make sure things would go smoothly. The next day I drove the hour into the store and I arrived for my 11am appointment slightly early, ready to go and was told that I needed to present my dogs vaccination history in order for him to receive grooming. Of course I don't carry this with me and was never told on the phone the day before that this would be necessary. My dog has a valid license and rabies tag but that is apparently not enough. IF IT WASN'T ENOUGH, WHY IN THE HELL DIDN'T YOU TELL ME SO THE DAY BEFORE WHEN I CALLED TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT YOU IDIOTS!!! You have wasted my entire day now and I have to turn around and drive back home because I can't take my dog with me to the other places I had planned on going while he was being groomed. This store needs to hire some qualified help because the people I've dealt with are simply morons.
