  • They have amazing deals each time I go there. The parking is nice, not too cramped. It's easy to locate. The staff isn't very knowledgeable when it comes to the products they sell. I bought a sewing machine at Joann Fabrics and they basically told me when I would be attending my class to learn how to use it. They didn't ask me my schedule or when a good day and time is good for me. They just told me, "This day at this time. If you can't make it, call and ask for (some name) and they'll reschedule you." I called back to reschedule a day or two after purchasing the sewing machine and they said that there's no way to reschedule, and that the person I asked to speak to didn't even work there. Not a great experience. But at least it's a huge store with awesome everyday deals
