  • Sunflower is such a great little bakery. I stopped in after a weekend workout (obviously) and grabbed the bacon egg and cheese on a cheddar biscuit and a cinnamon bun. They had so many other delicious baked goods in the case that I'll have to come back for. The staff was friendly and despite being busy, got everyone in and out quickly. I also got a large iced coffee which was really good. I'm typically super picky with iced coffee but this one was dark and smooth. The cheddar biscuit was pretty awesome. It's large and cheesy and goes well with the rest of the sandwich. The cinnamon bun was a real treat. The frosting isn't too sweet and almost has a cream cheese flavor to it? Maybe? Either way it's delicious and is so big that I shared it with my husband over the course of the weekend. I can't wait to come back to try more of the sandwiches and sweets.
