  • The desk person was so rude! I arrived at seven to get X-rays and they don't start until 8. Not her fault but the way she spoke to me is unacceptable. "Don't go anywhere. Move over here, go have a seat".... get some manners and work ethic woman!!! Seems to be a theme at this location... rude, rude and rude!!!!!! Now I have to sit here and watch her treat other people rudely. If you hate your job so much, change it. Steinberg is really known for it's unprofessionalism. I forget how terrible they are and keep coming back. Well, after this time I will remember! The stars are for the X-ray technician. She was very fast and friendly. Maybe she could teach the front desk how to treat patients!
