rev:text	I love this shop and the owners. It's so wonderful not to have to travel to get meat that I truly trust to be natural and grass fed. Anything you buy comes with advice, if you ask, about how best to cook the cut and a small printed piece of paper with instructions is provided. Even just hanging out and chatting with other customer's while you wait is fun and a reminder of what a local business means to the community. I've bought ground beef, hot Italian sausage, pork chops and a turkey. The directions for making the pork chops were perfect, finally learned how to cook the perfect chop at 57!
