Okay so I hope this review ends up helping the store owner as well. Your layout STINKS!!!!! If having your beads openly displayed means that you must have a watchdog stalk customers around your tiny aisles, then you should put your merchandise in display cases under lock and key. The bottom line is YOU ARE GOING TO RUN CUSTOMERS OFF AND MISS OUT ON GOOD MONEY. The only reason why I'm rating this store with one star is because I have no other option. In this day and age customer service is everything because great selection or not, things can always be purchased online at a better price too. It's insulting to me as a mother and as a professional who always carries herself in an appropriate manner to be followed around in a store like a common thief. The car I drive, the watch and jewelry I wear and the purse I carry should be an indication that I can surely afford beads and would not walk into your establishment to steal. Is your intention to catch a thief or sell beads. My first visit there was similar but because I had never been there and was simply thrilled that it even existed I didn't pay too much attention to the fellow on my tail. On my second trip I went with a purpose and was so incredibly uncomfortable that I felt compelled to share my project idea with the gentleman following me in hopes that he'd stop. To no avail :-(. I was extremely disappointed in both the watchdog and the lady by the register who never bothered to acknowledge me even when I stood less than 2 feet away from her. I suggest you invest in a camera and customer service course.
