  • My battery died and wouldn't charge. I felt like my arm was amputated and I was cut off from the world! Then I stumbled upon this place. Went in, and they tried to trouble shoot. Michael and his associate were very nice and helpful. They made sure that everything was done before any repairs were made- incase there was no need for it AND I love that they explained there was no cost to figure out what the problem was, because it could have been a number of things. I appreciated that. They were even conscious of my time, which was nice. I wasn't in a rush though. Told me to come back in an hour. Went to lunch and came back a half hour earlier and it was already fixed! Awesome. I highly recommend this spot for all your device dilemmas. Thanks guys for reconnecting me to the world!
