  • 1st Experience with new tires on my Ducati 1198 I would give them 5+ stars, excellent price, great customer service. 2nd experience today with a warrantly gas tank replacement I would give them -1 star. After they were done with the tank replacement they took it for a 15 minute test (joy) ride and the guy that rode it picked up something for another tech. I watched as the test rider got into MY tail bag and pulled out a package and handed it to another tech. When I called the service writer on it he talked to the guy and he said the said it was his phone. Well I was standing right there and it was no phone, so they lied. I get that they need to test ride bikes sometimes, but I have replaced many gas tanks and you don't need a 15 minute test ride to see if is leaking. They also don't need to be using customer bikes to run errands. I own 4 motorcycles, this will be the last time I use this company and I will surely not buy anything from them.
