  • All the other reviews are 100% correct. No communication whatsover, terrible customer service, huge waste of an application fee. We were trying to hold out hope that we had gotten the house. Got no response until I called daily asking for an update. Couldn't ever even get anyone on the phone. The lady sent the email saying that we didn't get the house while I was on the phone with her. She was rude acting like I was in the wrong. We should have been notified earlier so we could look for another place. Steer clear of these people. And I still question whether or not Armetria is even a real person since she never answered her phone once.
