We stay at the JW Marriott whenever we travel to Las Vegas. The facilities, superb service and proximity to family make it a perfect destination. We tried Shizen for the 1st time June 6th and had mixed results. The potstickers and sushi were first rate. The $25 teriyaki was beyond bad. The chicken tasted like rubber, worse even than what you'd expect from frozen cutlets. The ice tea was made from concentrate, and tasted awful. To the restaurants credit we weren't charged for the teriyaki after we brought the lack of quality to their attention. My advice is to order the sushi only if you dine at Shizen.
