  • Update on my last review. Unfortunately I have to rate abc Hyundai a 1 star now. Alex Estay the general manager is the most disrespectful business man I have ever talked to in my life. I had a simple concern I wanted to discuss with him and he called me back and put me on speaker and yelled and was loud and was very rude saying how many times do I have to get the message across to you and I'm not going to loose any money on you. I was never loud or disrespectful towards him or his staff. I just wanted to request our registration paid instead of the free trip we were offered a choice. He made me cry.He could have gave me the same answer in a nicer tone & attitude. Maybe treated me like a customer that has got 2 cars from his business and will have given his business thousands of dollars when we are done paying the cars. I have bought from Gaudin ford & Towbin Hummer and have never been treated bad by them. If I could take back the cars I would and I would go elsewhere. My son will need a car and I will absolutely never buy here again. The general manager Alex Estay ruined a great relationship we had with them. Car salesman & finance were nice but for the general manager to have such a distinguished position and treat a repeat customer like this is not okay and should not be tolerated. Now I know why his salesman and his employees were so scared to talk to him and give him my messages.
