  • Just had a horrible experience going through the drive-through. Kylie the young lady helping, was the worst, no smile, wearing a beanie and no compassion :-( I asked which coffee was decaf and she told me it is labeled; look at it. Guess she just started a couple of weeks ago in her defense but you can't teach attitude. What's even worse is when I got home, the coffees didn't even taste right :-( oh well guess I need to find a new place.
