So glad Hub Climbing was open this civic holiday. It was my first time and wish I had known to fill out the waiver form online before as it was quite busy that day (recommended on their website). It was my 6yo's second time here and she got settled in pretty quickly. Her day pass+shoe rental total was $22.45.
From our experience here, it's a great facility with lots of variety and difficulty levels. There's a "kids" wall that has a tube slide to come back down in, mostly auto belay top-roping walls, various bouldering walls and a lot more. We sat by The Dragon wall/area to take a break and got to watch other climbers, quietly cheering them on!
Stayed for about 3 hrs and only left because we were hungry.
Spoke with a staff member, "B", about purchasing a monthly pass and had a lot of other questions. She was so friendly and knowledgeable making my experience that much better (she was amazing with the kids too!). Lots more to say but it's been said in other reviews. Definitely recommend Hub Climbing and checking out their website first if you are new to climbing.
