  • Quick adjustment and competitive pricing to have my watch band adjusted in less than 30 minutes. I asked "how long" when I dropped my watch off and was told "about 10 minutes" but when I paid, I was told "see you in 20 or 30 minutes". It would have been great to get a call when it was done instead of hoping it was done when I returned. That was the only downside. I also showed my receipt at pick-up which was taken and thrown away. I hope they have a record in the system in the event I need to add a link back in sometime in the future so I don't have to pay again. That is covered under their warranty (which is also a bonus).
