  • The actual movers went out of their way to help me. Too bad I can't say the same for sales rep., Jordan. He surely talks big but does not follow through. I was lied to the whole time. Movers were to start by 9am, movers did not arrive until 2:30pm. Jordan first mentioned that the men called me night before to confirm and that I didn't answer. Then I noticed the only call I received was at 7am same day, which the man said my slot was from 11-2pm. Then I mentioned that to Jordan, then he said men had truck problems and that they were on their way. Even after he told me they were on their way I still waited over two hours. Once movers arrived, I really told them what was on my mind but they were like, "mam, I'm sorry for your stress and troubles but we didn't get order until around noon." Also noticed that Jordan never mentioned a time frame of how long it would take but had a clear 4 1/2 hours slot written up. Anything after that I would be charged for, which is not a problem if I would have known ahead of time. If it would not have been for the guys or the lead mover, I would have kicked all movers out and got another company. So all I have to say, if you want a less stressful move, don't talk to Jordan.
