  • This Review is for 3605 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough location. I purchase this groupon today ( https://www.groupon.com/.../oriental-falls-health-centre-clin...) and made an appointment for today as well. When I got there they asked for taxes and $5 tip upfront. I paid the amount and was taken to a back room where there was a couch and a manicure table. they asked me to choose a color from a small variety of nail polishes which were as thin as water. I saw another lady, who had also bought this groupon, almost finishing with her manicure. After removing her belongings from a chair, they guided me to this couch/chair and left. After a few minutes they brought a bucket with a plastic and a tea bag in it, to soak my feet in. That's when I looked back at the other lady who told me she wasn't happy at all and she has asked for her tip back and they refused. We were both very unhappy about the lack of equipment and sanity. When both myself and the other lady asked for at least the tip back ( I hadn't started to get the mani pedi done) they refused again. When we started to take pictures to write reviews they were very rude, started shouting and grabbed the other lady to throw her out. That is when I left too and was refused even the receipt of the taxes and the tip I had paid. I was genuinely scarred and was absolutely appalled and horrified at what happened. We had to call a police because of what happened but the police could not force them to give our money back or even the receipts. I am very surprised that groupon does not check the credibility or even the qualification of the business they promote on their website. I was refused my money back although the service was not provided. I voucher shows to be redeemed on Groupon. Long story short : do not go here for any service. They will rob you in broad daylight. I don't know businesses like this stay open.
