| - The worst experience of my life. 1. Driver was lost and got here late, things happen OK. 2. I pulled my keys out of my purse looking for a phone to call the perrson I was meeting to tell them I would be late and was not aware that I had dropped them. 3. when I got home I remembered I had the driverr's phone no. because he called me for directions, I immediately tried to call, The call was interrupted by uber who said the call could not connect because my phone number was not connected to an account (the very phone on which my account is downloaded). 4. I went to uber help on email and all emails that I sent were responded to with "your message cannot be received because this email is not connected to an account (the very email that I receive all my receipts from Uber on). 5. After about 25 efforts an methods I made contact with accounts and they told me that both my phone and email were good and on my account, try again.6. I tried many,many,many times through numerous routes with no success. 7. I finally connected with accounts again and the sent me a message stating that my account was in no way restricted and I could call for a ride at any time, ARE YOU KIDDING? I am still trying to get to the driver about my keys and getting no response from Uber except that my phone and email are not connected to account. I made a police report, sent a copy, no response. I called my insurance who tried to send something under my account, no success and 8. I find out that instead of the rate 17 to 20 dollars i was quoted I was billed 25.68 and also billed two times for the same night. My bank will conduct a fraud investigation and as soon as this is done I will clear my phone, email and life of this worthless and weird service(service?? I think not). I am busy notifying all the people I referred and suggested to use UBer to BEWARE.
