  • A group of friends we Bought tickets for tonight's artist band "sugar ray " concert and evening by the pool; starting time 7pm that the long line with security to enter in reality we were in by 735pm With advertisements of after concert host Dj , cash bar and party going till midnight. Yes 12midnight --surprised by employees at 945pm we were told the event is over and all guests to be escorted out!!! While trying to collect and get dressed over the wet bathing suits ; The security people were unpleasant with 'bad' mouth words almost to a forced action.... really ? We are guests of your hotel/ event -- No hospitality no courtesy no proper training by who ever manages this property... definitely a turn away not recommended to stay here --- Conclusion: the flamingo hotel it used to a respectable hotel not anymore and definitely I would take my guests elsewhere!
