I highly recommend going to him for service advice.
I would like to say that he will try everything in his authority to satisfy his customer.

But I do wish the guys in the shop would adjust my clock to the right time before giving the van back to us.
I found a used part in the second row yesterday. Not sure what it is. I will upload picture later.
I just upload the used spare part. What is this round cover use for? It looks like a cigarette ashtray.
I downgraded my experience to 4 stars because finding an used spare part in the cabin after service at a dealership is not what I would expect.
Add on : about 2 months later.
I took the Van in to install the passages side airbag remedy. Of course I showed the actual piece of the ashtray to Matt. And he asked his foreman about this contraption. They said it is definitely not a Toyota part.
So this morning I looked at the picture over again. And think where this little guy came from. And I look at the glyph carefully. And I am 99 percent sure that the foreman is correct. This is not a Toyota part. This is not a Japanese part. The Glyph means Cathay thrive in Chinese.
My apology goes to Matt and his shop team members. It is my fault to judge too quickly that this a left over spare part.
I am returning the star I took from I last review. They earned a 5 stars report from me.
My the way. Matt just told me on my last visit the coffee and snacks are FREE. Now he tells me. :)
