  • Positive things first: the staff was very helpful! The man that showed me around was very knowledgable and friendly. Now the negative: the location is in Chinatown by Pho Kim Long and the parking and traffic is horrible, so be warned. I took in a smart phone and a 5 year old laptop. They told me the smart phone was too old (a year old) and the laptop was a "defective model" but they'd go ahead and give me a $10 trade in value anyway. I had to turn away to hold back my laughter. Also, the netbooks I looked at (all refurbs obviously) were about $50-$70 cheaper then a new one and running XP Pro. I'll pay the extra money and get a new one, thanks.
