rev:text	My friends are staying at the Elara and we were going to their room. They had to show their key card to the security and the gentleman was really nice. We had a few people in front of us and they asked him questions and they had a child being a little loud. Wes was nice. He made sure he answered her questions and told the people behind which was us that he will be right with us. Wow so professional. After he answered her questions we were next and we said thanyou for the good service. When we got on the elevator we talked to the lady and she was from Colorado. She said I am happy I had this gentleman to ask a question he was kind and didn't get upset at my son.
